Delivery for PAPER, placed a week ago. supposed to be delivered on Monday. but nothing! Call centre cannot assist with someone to follow up on where my order is being held up. Called them 3 times! whatsapp line is not working!!! why even have one? Email has been sent to say it was handed over to the courier but the courier says this has not been collected.
