Total dissatisfaction with Makro Business's non-service. Lack of communication iro delivery complaint, i.e. lack of follow up, unanswered emails requesting an update. *********** delivery company WUM DROP, i.e. delivery to company attempted outside of business hours; driver/delivery person does not use initiative and unable to follow instructions.
