Makro - breaking consumer protection act !!!
Makro is breaking consumer protection act !!! I ordered a cabinet last week and they listed the incorrect price on the site . That is not my issue - by law you need to provide it as advertised . Now they saying the cabinet is not in stock so they want to refund - I checked the cabinet is available for delivery for 17th April ! This is ******* what they doing and I will pursue legal if they do not call me and correct this - I will wait for 17th April for delivery . They cannot cancel my order due to their error and then say they won’t have stock but it’s available on their website . I expect a call immediately on ***

09 Apr 2026, 12:20- Good day please note I am not leaving this - you guys stated reason for refund was due to no stock and I have images at that exact time you have stock - you are also legally not allowed to advertise stock online as available if you don’t have it . What you are trying to do is be misleading about stock in order to not fulfil the order at the price by saying you didn’t have stock - I have images of stock available on date of cancellation and there is stock ! Same supplier . You cannot cancel an order due stock delay either . I expect that cabinet to be delivered at the price I paid . I am still awaiting management to call me after I escalated 2 days ago !!!! The stock is from the same supplier and you had stock . You are being misleading about not having stock which is ******* and you are legally not allowed to post stock as available of you don’t have it . I expect that cabinet delivered at the price I paid . And I expect management to calll me TODAY!!!! *** - I will take this to ombudsman

I can see it on the website . I paid the price on the website for the cabinet the funds were taken and delivery confirmed - I have sent endless imagoes through and no one is calling me back - this has been over 10 days . I want the cabinet I ordered at the price I paid !!!!!! It is ******* to advertise stock available
Online if you do not have stock and I have images of the day I ordered and the day you cancelled the order due to stock - you had stock !! I will contact lasa and let them know you are tarnishing their name as well due to your errors
