Makro, breaking childrens hearts since 1971

I ordered an iPad from the Makro on-line store. at first i wanted the rose gold one as it was for my daughter who was going to grade 6 in 2022. The site noted that there was no stock available of the rose gold ones so opter for the silve/grey as they stated there was "In Stock". I placed the order on the 24th November 2021 and was told it could take up to 21 days for delivery, my daughter starts school tomorrow and as of today I still haven't received the iPad, 49 days later and no-one can tell me when it will be available. It cost R8799 and if i request a refund it could take (you guessed it) 21 day to receive my refund. This is shocking service from such a big retail store.
