Makro Brakpan service real poor

I went to this store yesterday. Walked to the same department 3 times-not once have I been offered assistance, upon the 4th time I asked someone at the door if he could help me buy a fridge. We went to the isle,I showed him which one as they are on promotion. About 10min later he arrived with the sealed box. We checked the price but it wasn't the one I was looking for so he went back to the store and I waited another 10 or 15minutes where he returned and said there was no stock. I asked for the manager and she left early. I was there for almost 3 hours in total and the service provided was up to .....
