Makro Brackenfell- no service

I make weekly visits to makro Brackenfell. The empty bottle returns department at the back of the store is terribly. Absolutely no service. I never wait less than 20-30 minutes. Not because there is a line, No, because either there is no staff. Or they chatting, playing games, watching videos on there phone. No care for the customer. And when they help you eventually, they then need a manager to sign off on every transaction. But of course, there is no manager on call for this department, so you wait another 20 minutes for them to leave and go find a manager. You would think with a store this large they would find a better way to run this department!
