Makro Bloemfontein - Worst Service Ever

It has been more than a month now and I still have not received my online order. I have done multiple follow-ups with no success. I spoken to several different people at Makro Bloemfontein and non of them ever give you an solution or even phone you back with any feedback on the problem. I can’t believe this poor service from Makro Bloemfontein!!!
