Makro Bloemfontein very unprofessional staff

I bought a laptop "Brand new" at Makro Bloemfontein but when I got home and opened the box the screen had tape holding it to the frame as if it was repaired, and the screen had a very weird color to it as if the screen is damaged. When I took the laptop back I spoke to Katlego and when he powered the laptop on there was no screen problem and they did not believe me even though i had video footage on my phone, Katlego said "the video can be edited". They are extremely unprofessional. He suggested that I do not buy entry level laptops. The manager name Elton came to assist but did not want to replace the laptop or refund me. I do not recommend anyone to go to Makro for electronics as they say it's new but when you open the box it is clear there's been repairs done to the product. All I want is a new laptop or my money back, but the staff are unfriendly and do not want to replace the laptop or give me my money back. I bought the laptop on the 16-09-2023. And I returned it today 17-09-2023. They now have to send the laptop for an assessment process, and Makro refuse to refund me. I am not happy.
