Makro Bloemfontein- refund complaint

Makro Bloemfontein has the worst customer service. Placed an order on the 23rd of January 25, upon them failing to deliver on time- I cancelled my order by the 27th of January 25. Today is the 13th of March 25 and I haven’t received my refund. I have called multiples and sent emails, the last one to which a lady called Hope Lesia did not respond to. As a student who is not funded and had to work hard for that money, it’s disheartening that they are withholding the very money that I should be using to buy groceries.
