Makro Bloemfontein Online shopping Bad experience

After several negative experiences with wine specials instore i decided to rather do online buying. I literally stay 9km from Makro, Bloemfontein. I ordered 6 cases of Beyerskloof Pinotage on Friday 4 April 2025. On Sunday afternoon they delivered only ONE case of Six Bottles and not 6 cases of 6 bottles. I went online and gave Makro a very negative review. I don't know why they have such a service, because nobody followed it up. I phoned the number for online shopping queries, and they gave me a reference number. Still nothing happened. I went to the branch and tried to resolve the matter. One of the managers helped me and said that it is not worth the time to wait there as it can take time. Two days later and still NOT A WORD !!! I phoned her this morning (Thursday 10 April ) and she said that they wait for the manager to do the "investigation" ........ THIS IS PATHETIC !!!!!!!! Rather just drink two Urbanols before going to Makro or send somebody to do your shopping for you.
