Makro bloemfontein must close down

If i could i would rate bloemfontein makro ZERO STARS, worse service ever month end staff standing around on cellphone staff disrespecting customers if you ask me makro bloemfontein isover staffed staff all over floor but no service laying on stock on their cellphones no wonder makro is seen as worse place to shop at,ask for a manager arno he is to busy to come to customer service for a customer query...... I'm disgusted but believe me i will not end this query at this complaint.
