Makro Bloemfontein Lie on their website

I bought a memre foam pillow alittle over a year ago. The website says there is a 3 year Guarantee on this specific pillow,I called them in advance to find out if I could exchange it,since I live on thevother side of Town.

They agreed to the exchange aslong as I had my receipt. I went and they told me the Guarantee just means it will keep its shap and form for 3 years! WHAT ******* IS THAT?

I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO MAKRO BLOEMFONTEIN AFTER THE LADY TOLD ME I CAN EXCHANGE IT, then allnof a sudden the reginal manager said I cant,due to hygiene... Well I should hope that they not selling the things that has been returned as 1st had products again.

I am very upset, MAKRO BLOEMFONTEIN made me waste petrol,and they LIE on their website,People should rather buy at Kloppers or somewhere else.

I might aswel buy myself cheaper pillows if I am going to have to replace it every year.

My Memre foam pillow,that supposedly keeps for 3 years,started going flat and I have been having a stiff neck for more than a month now.

Makro BLOEMFONTEIN are inconsistent AND I WANT MY EXCHANGE DONE! I PAID OVER R500 for that pillow.
