Makro Bloemfontein- incomplete delivery and mouse **** on open 10kg rise bag

Same Complaint - Matter still not resolved

The following was not in the boxes and part of the delivery:

2 packs of Garbie bags short, only 4 was delivered

1 Koo apple short, only 2 received

7 cans of condensed milk received, 1 x 6 pack and 1 loose can thus 5 short

2 x brown bread flour delivered instead of 1 x white and 1 x brown

The tastic rice bag was torn and mouse **** was on the bag - we have no guarantee that mouse pee is not in the open bag

We expect that the above is fully delivered and replaced correctly as paid.

This is totally unacceptable and far too many items are missing.

Please give feedback and attention urgently to this matter.

Nothing is replaced

This complaint was sent numerous times and over months and still no replacement. WE EXPECT THE ITEMS TO BE CORRECTLY REPLACED AND DELIVERED AND NOT REFUNDED ,

Do you know the value spent on the undelivered items ?

The boxes were damaged on delivery and the courier man said that he can not take it back, we must take it up with Makro

The only follow ups were calls , were we helped, open a new complaint- not happy with this no assistance and non-resolving calls.
