I bought an execise bike (Trojan pursuit 360) at Makro Bloemfontein. It was during the h service delivery protests in Bloemfontein and they experienced a high shortage in staff. Because of this they were not able to fetch one for me from the warehouse. The salesperson (Kobus) suggested that I can take the model on display if I want, as it was assembled only 2 days previously. With his help I bought the model on display. Back at home I realized that the pulse reading did not display. I went back and explained the problem. He talked with his immediate supervisor and they promised to come to my home to fix the problem. Kobus explained that it may be one of the sensors that was wrongly connected when the exercise bike was assembled. Kobus came to my house and the problem was fixed. Truly great after sales service! I was very impressed with the service I received during this whole process. Thank you.
