Makro Bloemfontein-Don’t expect good service

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I paid for two sofas upon receiving them, one of the sofas had a tear on the arm. I called @MakroBloemfontein and asked for an exchange, since I had paid for a new sofa. They then proceeded to reschedule the pick up every week. They now have completely stopped communication. I do not suggest ordering from them if you expect to receive what you bought
