Makro & B&L Appliance Repairs Port Elizabeth

I am very disappointed and sad as I have always viewed the chain as very good stores. But however I have logged a claim with the repairs department for my LG tv which broke, which is still under warranty.

I waited a full 30 days before I got my TV back and still the problem exists! I have now had enough! The tv has yet again gone back to them for the same problem and has been there for the last 2 weeks... Absolute **** service!! When you phone them to follow up they don't know or can't give a straight answer!. FED UP!
