Makro big on returns

<p>I have had very bad experiance with makro, I have brought 2 tvs sinotec they have both been back 3 times on was refunded on the 4th return and the other was picked up today, lets see haw long it works before it is returned again. I also brought a Genesis steam irorn less than a year ago ant it stopped steaming and there is a grey grease link substance coming from the plate which is also worped, they refused to exchange it and said it is to be repaired i would like to know how the repair a worped plate. </p>
