MAKRO, BEYOND DISGUSTING SERVICE

MAKRO SERVICE BEYOND POOR, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ordered an airfryer on Saturday 19 November, received an SMS to say it would be delivered the next day and I must please make myself available. Now, 9 days later, staying home as per their request, still no delivery. After countless calls, discussions with respective couriers, emails, they have failed to supply the correct delivery address to the courier. My daughter who ordered the same product from another company on Friday, has been using hers for 3 days already AND SHE PAID R500 LESS THAN I DID. Never again will I buy from Makro, only from my other many reliable suppliers.
