Makro Bedworthpark has a poor service and they look down on black customers

I bought a Hp at Makro and it gave me problems. I had to return it to the store on the 13th April 2021 till today it's the 14th of July I'm not getting help. The Bedworthpark branch do not take people seriously I'm very disappointed in their service i need refund. Ive submitted proof of payment months back and my issue it's not getting resolved
