Makro, Be Ashamed Of Yourself.

Makro should be ashamed of itself, if customers have sought resolution via a third party. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. This is an utterly useless online service.

Anyway, getting to the actual complaint. I placed an online order on the 27th of Feb. I called the call center and the agent stated that stock is coming on the 8th of March. I waited and I am still waiting.

I need my washing machine delivered yesterday. Give me an honest response and stop beating around the bush.
