Makro baddest company I ever had interaction with

I bought microwave last month and when it came it was like I was given microwave from the floor it had scratches on it and few days later I noticed not all buttons work 7 8 9 don't work I sent them an email then after few days they sent driver to pick it up and I was called after 2days told them since I trust them I need another 1 they said to me its OK we will give you another new 1. After week comes the new microwave on the same day I opened it to my surprise it's the same microwave I had returned its still not working the same numbers that were not working nothing has been fixed. I sent them email same day of delivery telling them this microwave still has the same problem and it's still the same microwave and they rep**** back by telling me my plee has been reject same as now telling me my plee has been rejected bcs I asked for my money back
