Please raise awareness of zero to non customer service Bought Trimtech 650W Electric Trimmer on the 28/10/2022 from Makro Vaal . 23/11/2022 1st use it burned out , took it back to Makro . The response was as follow , i need to leave it there it will be looked at or send away , waiting period 15 Days on outcome of will they replace , refund or fix the trimmer . NO OPTIONS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO NOTHING Your problem how you can go and trim your grass , after a rainy season . My money was not a problem when it came to payment , it was gladly accepted , but in return i don't have the product and also no customer service . I will never support business again . We support local businesess , but we get treated like ........
