Makro - bad shopping app

Very Bad, they place things online that are not even in stock , wait 2 weeks for delivery and on the day of delivery they will cancel your order because they do not have stock then you must wait 7-14 days for refund. Makro is like any Government department, does not work properly, you cant even select an alternative product if it is not in stock. I needed these products for an anniversary and 2 weeks later I didnt have anything to give. It is pathetic. Rather use Temu, if they dont have your item it will not be displayed and or they give your cash back immediately. Ive lost all hope for SA with this kind of pathetic service.
