Makro Bad service online purchase and delivery (Disapoointed)

I order goods for a birthday present for my son on the 14th of December 2024. and Makro and their couriers are giving me the run around , parcel says delivered but no one called me and seems they delivered to the wrong person , now They say their investigations will onlt start next week , what am I goib to do for my sons birthday. This is so unprofeesional and *****ulent. I expect better from such an organisation. If There cant do online business they should stop and not ruin our plans with non delivery.
