Makro bad service online
I ordered on the Makro website on July 20, 2024, order was confirmed the same day, and today, August 23, 2024, the order is still not delivered. At some point, I was told payment was not received today confirmation is that payment was received. I'm still not sure why delivery hasn't taken place thus far. I have requested a refund asap since it has been over a month of no delivery or feedback, which is also proving difficult to say the least.

I still have no refund except a courtesy call to say "we acknowledge and feedback will be provided or something like that" Mackro at this point nothing other than my refund will suffice. So, please the courtesy call is not necessary. Please just refund my order placed on 20 July never delivered up until now.
