Makro bad service for refund
Makro still hasnt fully refunded my money they did a partial refund and 3 months now i have been asking for my money sending emails every week, still waiting for balance payment. Intstead of payment, I get client satifaction surveys from Phumzile Ngwenya and Neo Motsepe (Makro Care). The nerve!!

I first bought carpet R171.00 that took 2 months to be refunded. MAK ***
I also bought x3 other carpets for R235 each that I returned and requested refunds. I was only paid R470, this is where my plight is coming from I never got the balance of R235 refund. MAK ***
Pls double check this thread and make sure I get my money back.
It's so exhausting to this day, I have to explain.
