MAKRO BAD SERVICE

I placed an online order on 25 June 2025. The oder was delivered with missing iteams. A week later they eventually delivered but it was wrong items delivered. I then requested a refund, to date the item id still not collected. I went to makro Alberton for complain. They told me the order is from Makro Germiston and i have to go to Germiston. Why travel all the way when i stay locally and what's the use of online shopping. Now i already payed twice the amount due to the calls and time i took making follow ups with no response. BAD SERVICE, I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND MAKRO ONLINE FOR ANYONE..
