MAKRO BAD SERVICE DELIVERY ON EXCHANGE

I bought a Midea Hot and Cold Water Dispenser mid Dec. It malfunctioned on the 2nd filling water poured out of the machine. I took I back to Makro Strubens Valley to exchange. They gave me a credit note (only valid for 6 months) would like to know what happens to my money if I don't use it before then, but never the less I go into the shop to get another one only to find they don't have stock but am told that Makro Crown Mines has 10 and to go there. Luckily looking at my credit note it states that it's only valid at the store it was issued. Very disappointing as I now have to wait for the manufacturer to open then for their order to be delivered 😕. This arrangement is total unacceptable and not conducive to good customer service and of great inconvenience to me
