Makro bad service

I tried to register on the Makro site in the morning to purchase a washing machine. The process prompts me for a OTP. which never gets sent. After 2 agents and chat online, which never responded, I got the 3rd agent, Lindokuhle, who immediately identified the problem and solved it. By then it was afternoon and the product I wanted to buy was out of stock. My weekend started badly. All stars given goes to Lindokuhle. None to Makro. Hope she is recognised. Ref ***
