Makro bad service

I bough what I thought was a hard drive online on my husbands name for my husband. When we received the parcel it was a hard drive cover for a computer's external hard drive. We dont have a comp so we did an online return. Makro called and ask why we did a return and I told them we bought the wrong item. They came and pick the parcel up. Then I got an e-mail from the Courier Guy that they are bringing the parcell back because Makro said we used the cover. !! On what did we use it! On our phones or tv or what...because how can you use something that you dont have a computer for or a hard drive.
