Makro bad service and delivery no feedback after numerous calls
Hi Makro We still didn't receive our order, We were supposed to get it on the 21st of Desember 2023 We were home that whole day and yet nothing was received. I phoned makro a few times to query when we will get it and was told they will phone me back they never got back to me, I was then given the courier guys number to follow up with only on Sunday after I phoned numerous times. I think its very unprofessional. It's the 27th and yet we had no response on when we will receive the package. I'm not a very happy customer 😒 currently as this was ordered on the 15th already and we were told it will be delivered on the 21st.
Not Makro or The Courier Guy got back to us and Makro staff said they will phone back with feedback, I'm still waiting.... Not sure they will ever phone.
Do you realize I had to come back to Jhb and leave my family in mosselbay to receive the order, We were only booked to stay there till the 26th December 2023
Now we had to still wait for the delivery. We had mo message of a failed delivery attempt only that the parcel would have been delivered on the 21st but then it was apparently then to be delivered on the 22nd yet nothing was received also no non delivery or attempted delivery message. We now had to incurr extra costs because of this delivery that we didn't receive, we received our takealot order that day but nothing from the courier guy or Makro, it's really frustrating.
