Makro bad service

Order placed and paid for on 17 Jan 2026. They still have not delivered my parcel to today 10 Feb 2026. According to the onlinesite deliverydate was 07 Feb 2026. Lots of stories and blame courier guy. Very bad service, not happy at all. They do not notify you even if thre is a problem. Just nothing.
