Makro bad service

Yesterday I went to makro in Cornubia Umhlanga Durban at 17h40,I found a white guy and an Indian lady waiting outside the gate saying they closed at 17h30 due to load shedding,I was so dissapointed because makro is such a big company not to own generators,why do they sell generators to the public if they do not own them,imagine being sent back without a grocery .
