Makro bad service

I'm very disappointed. I have ordered online to be delivered at my home. It said on the website delivery will take 2-5 days. After i placed my order and paid for it on the website and email it said latest delivery will be on 2 March 2023. Today is the 3rd of March... Now when i checked it suddenly says my parcel will be delivered on in JHB but im in CPT and my order is sitting on a store in centurion.. like what the Hell. your call center is worse i cant even get help from them...
