Makro bad service

bas service , i spoke to Mathaba from head office and she refered me to the store MAkro Alberton . I was charged twice for one transaction , the guy assisting on the till promised that my money will reverse in 1 hours time , i call in and speak to Phamela who promised me that my money will reverse in 24 hours times....Mindo bear in mind I'm calling them 24 hours later , she then transfers me to Sibongile Radebe, she then promises me that it will reflect in 48 hours time .How long should i wait before my money reflects i cant be charged twice for one transaction and then taken pilor to post when i request what's owed to me .
