Makro bad service

Makro Online store is awful. I ordered patio sets and their delivery system is *******. I have to phone the call center every day to ask them to deliver and everyday I get the same answer that the delivery team didn’t find anyone at my house. I told them this is a blatant lie because I live in an Estate and they can’t access my house unless I give them access. There’s absolutely no way they can bypass security and secondly there’s always someone at home. Their Call Center Agent, Ms Thando Nyandeni is also clueless and very ********. I asked her how I should escalate this matter because I can’t continue to keep on phoning Makro Call Center everyday to be told the same lie. She said that’s the only way. When I asked to speak to the Manager, she then put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and even after the call dropped, she and her Manager never tried to call me back. I will never order anything online from Makro again. Be warned good people
