Makro bad service.

I bought an Ecoflow River portable inverter a year ago and 2 weeks later i bought an extra battery. This battery failed 4 months later which was replaced by Makro. In May of this year, the whole inverter stopped working. Makro collected the unit on 30 May 2023, returned it 2 months later and it still doesn't work. I have been trying to get Makro to resolve this issue, with no success. They dont even bother to respond to my emails? Please Regards Frans Booysen
