Makro bad service

I bought essential groceries like Maize, rice and other stuff from Makro on the 1st of November and I received confirmation that my order would be delivered on the 3rd of December by 5pm. My groceries were never delivered on the said date and I made a follow-up call the next day and they said they'd deliver by Thursday. Again on Thursday there was no delivery made. I phoned again to check what's the delay and to also find out if I can just come to the store and collect at once because I need those groceries and they told me that wasn't possible because my stuff is with Value express couriers and I should just wait for the courier people. Friday, no delivery was made and I decided to go to Makro, 16 Beechwood in Brakpan and I explained to the stuff my issue and pleaded that they give me groceries from the store because we have nothing to eat at home as we've been waiting for the groceries and the manager refused to authorize my request after i had been told to wait of which I waited in the store for 2 hours full and instead they gave a number to call the courier people and inquire for myself about my order. How unprofessional and lack of empathy!

Till today I haven't received any confirmation of delivery from the said "courier " and updates from Makro. My calls are even ignored and no groceries still! I wouldn't recommend online shopping and delivery from Makro to anyone.
