makro-bad service

today I received the worst service ever from the makro toti branch.... I requested a price that I was quoted from another makro store in pmb... and the lady in charge of the department sandy told me we cant give you the price..... I don't understand as its the same company and not like it is an opposition company.... after waiting for more than 1 hour sandy phones pmb diy department and queries the price given with roshan and for some reason they start making different stories that he didn't give a price and so on.....but they never knew I had all my calls on the cellphone recorded and I am waiting for senior management to get hold of me for this.... this is absolute nonsense and the lies is just to much,and they wonder why I don't buy from the toti store anymore... Pmb is much better with service and pricing and I never had any issues with them.... hats of to Garin at the pmb branch
