Makro bad online service

I have ordered online a gasbraai from MAKRO on 2 Dec 2024. The delivery date was suppose to be 6 Dec. I received an e-mail from Makro on 5 Dec 22:00 stating that the delivery will be late. There is no indication as to when the delivery will take place. If I look at the tracking of my order, it shows that the order has been received on 2 Dec. The order has not been processed or packed yet.
