Makro bad online service

Makro online service extremely disappointing. My order was confirmed on 20/01/21 and was expecting my order on 28/01/21 as per the telephone correspondence on 25/01/21 that the supplier will be delivering in my area on the said date, but still no delivery. Today is 29/01/21 and when I followed up they mention that supplier does not have stock. This is worse service I have ever experienced. Makro must learn from other online services which I don't want to mention on this platform if they need customer loyalty.
