Makro BAD NEWS 👎 for refund

I bought a Ryobi bandsaw online from Makro stores. It is a very small machine not even worth school projects. I opened it tried it, it stopped working emmediately. Sent it back for refund and also reported that it stopped working. Few days later a technician phoned to report that the panel door switch had a problem, he had changed it, it was working fine. I told him same story, the machine was too small for my requirements, I needed a refund. No Makro Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal till this day, they refuse to own up to their promises of refunding if the customer is not happy. They are telling me about their suppliers, but I bought that machine from Makro.
