MAKRO BAD DELIVERY SERVICE
Dear Hallopeter team,
This is my 4th review with Makro back and forth online deliveries. I have ordered baby formular on the 24th with diapers, i phoned yesterday morning to ensure that my parcel gets delivered without fail and also provide with my alternative number, the shipment went out for delivery yesterday and no one called, my house always has people, my kids also waited for the parcel the whole day but the driver did not pitch. i then again phoned makro this morning to arrange delivery today as early as possible as my child is out of formular ..... still the shipment is not out for delivery even now. i called them again around 11 been in a call an hour and now i am being told that they can not deliver today. i am so frustrated right now
Makro still have not delivered my baby's diapers and formular even now, after all the multiple calls that i made with the store arranging for my parcel on my own.
I spoke to the driver yesterday, telling me he is at Makro store with my parcel and hes going to deliver yesterday still. I waited for the shipment again yesterday the whole day, until around after 4 when i called the driver to check where he is and that is when the driver told me that 'THE MAKRO AGENT REFUSED TO HANDOVER THE PARCEL SAYING IT WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED TODAY AS PER SCHEDULLED.
This service that i am experiencing from Makro is very frustrating. delivery of my parcel has again been cancelled today, meanwhile my house always have people 24-7. I am really not happy with the treatment that i am getting from Makro and their courier company.
