Makro bad delivery service

I bought nappies and wipes online on the 26th on November 2018 to date i haven't received any order update. Normally for online purchases would say item is on stock or not and it did say it is on stock. A week later i call in they advised they dont have stock. I've had to go and buy other expensive nappies as Makro is sitting with my order.

I wouldnt advise on anyone to buy online at Makro and this is the second time i've had to fight with Makro.
