Makro bad customer service and bad management

I shopped at Makro and saw that they have a special on their booklet for Netscape gold blend stick packs for R369.95 for 200 ×18g and when I had to pay for it they didn't even had it on their system and didn't want to give it to me for the price advertised and this not good customer service and they say it is wrongly printed and a fault on their side but I explained to them that it is not my problem and a problem they need to sort out them self I am only paying what I see on the price they advertised nothing more Gerald the manager didn't even want to accept it and forced me to pay full price for half of the product.
