Makro Bad Customer Service!!!!
MAK*** Online order made on the 1st of November 2023. It's the 14th today and I'm still waiting for some items to be delivered and a refund to be done. Called their customer service and all you get is pathetic service. Sent emails and nothing has been done. Their whatsaap service is also pathetic! Makro is the worst! They are actually getting interest on all the customers money they are keeping! Cause clearly I'm not the only one! Pathetic service at its best!!!!!

30 Nov 2023, 11:50MAKRO I am still waiting for the rest of my refund! You refunded for only 1 item. What about the rest? Are you still deciding whether to deliver or refund? And also with all the customers' refunds you are keeping for months and months... what happens to the interest you making?
