Makro bad client service and false advertising
No customer service!! I bought a Stroh rum gift pack and outdoor seat pads on line 18 October.
The Stroh rum was delivered but it was not a gift pack. After a call to the call center I was advised that they don't have gift packs and can give me what I've ordered. Their excuse is that they advertise it as a gift pack but it is not a gift pack just a photo for illustration purposes!! False advertising!!
My seating pads are not delivered as yet. Now the excuse is that they don't have stock, (there was stock when I ordered)then it is that the price on the website is wrong and they are not prepared to give me the seating pads at that price. Now they want to give me something else but I must pay in the deference in price!!
Crown Mines Makro keeps on telling us that they will phone us back but they don't.
I am now fed up. The are also not refunding us!! Keeping our money and not delivering the products ordered.
They are the worst company to buy online from!!!
