Makro bad bad service

Just to let all of those intrested in buying online from Makro...DO NOT. I ordered an item that was in stock and to date ,3 weeks later, it has not arrived ,to money however has long been snapped up by Makro. I few calls and e-mails to both Makro and the courier (Dawn Wing0 and the response is "ahh...it is not us" Fantastic Makro your service stinks. Last time I buy online from Makro ,I'll stay with Takealot...fantastic service and delivery there.
