Makro ******

I usually order at Makro never realised they are ****mers until recently. 15 April made order and on the 21 got a massage saying some of my items were cancelled and my refund will reflect on the next 2-5 days. Am so disappointed to say till now i have not received my refund. Tried reaching out and they have been lying till now. Spoke to a Mbali Mogale who kept lying to me. And to my surprise this was not the only money they never refunded, did not notice the 1st one cause it was not a lot. This is not ohk, big companies need to be exposed as to what they do to lot of us. Makro you should change your ****an to ****MERS Not to mention how much i needed that money cause i needed to order the item else where and made it clear to them, but till now have not received my money.
