Hi I have ordered an item from macro, they don’t have stock of this item even though they advertise that they do have. They can’t tell me when stock arrives, so I asked for a refund which they now have to escalate as well as they not sure if I can get one and by when. A company like this should have no support as I know I will never set a foot there again!!!!! What is there policy(charge you for items they don’t have) pathetic service, beyond disgusting
